However, we believe that in the long run they will save you money. As more and more registered nurses adopt this method of practice you should experience a gradual and on-going reduction in the tremendous costs of recruiting. As you know, advertising is expensive and not always effective.

When you contract with a registry, you often get a nurse of unknown quality who is completely unfamiliar with your facility. Most of our members will operate as their own one-person registry or within the framework of a small group practice. Therefore, after initial orientation, you will know what and who you are getting with these highly-motivated nurses. They may be amenable to signing a long-term contract with you. In short, they are operating their own business and will strive to meet the needs of their customers: You.
